Facilities were clean, well stocked, and exceeded expectations. Staff, Mai-san and Shiori-san, were friendly, accommodating, and consistent with customer service. Atmosphere was pleasant, witnessed successful guest extension celebrated by staff. Good location near metro and train lines, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

I had a great stay at this hotel in North Tokyo. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they were happy to accommodate my request for an early check-in. The location was convenient too, with the metro station just a short walk away. Plus, there were plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat. The rooms on the 7th floor had a nice view of the city, and the basic amenities provided were well-maintained and functional.

The brand new facility was clean and well thought-out. Loads of places to eat nearby. The staff were super-friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The room was spacious, perfect for 3 adults, and felt like a one-bed apartment. The kitchen and bathroom in the room were well-equipped and perfect for our needs. The location was conveniently close to the train station and there were 5 convenience stores and restaurants nearby. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The view over the city was also amazing. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the nearest subway station, making it easy for us to explore this city. We were also impressed by the digital check-in and check-out process, using QR codes and video calls with the receptionist.

I had a wonderful stay at Minn Machiya in Tokyo. The room was just right for my group of three people, and it was impeccably clean. The kitchen and dining area were well stocked and spacious, and the bathroom was also spacious and clean. I particularly enjoyed the balcony, which received plenty of sun and made drying clothes easy. The local area was bustling with shops and restaurants, and the walk to the nearby metro station was easy. The staff at Minn Machiya were friendly and accommodating, with a good level of English communication. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is close to three subway lines, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze. The hotel also provided nice little extras like a mobile phone with data for use outside during the stay.

While the room and location were great, it would have been nice to have some tea provided in the kitchen.
